Burrito Platter – Serves 10-12
8 burritos, cut in half. Pick from a choice of marinated and grilled Chicken or Steak, Pork Carnitas, Seasoned Ground Beef, Grilled Veggies or an assortment of each. Cilantro-lime White Rice or Brown Rice and Black or Pinto Beans. Add any of our cold veggies at no extra charge. Each platter comes with a choice of one of our fresh homemade salsas on the side.  

Quesadilla Platter – Serves 10-12
8 Quesadillas, cut into quarters. Pick from a choice of marinated and grilled Chicken or Steak, Pork Carnitas, Seasoned Ground Beef, Grilled Veggies or an assortment of each. Add Black or Pinto Beans. Each platter comes with a choice of one of our fresh homemade salsas on the side.  

Taco Bar – Serves 10-15 or 20-25
We provide all the fixings including hard or soft taco shells. Set up your own assembly line and you and your guests build your tacos to your liking.  

Southwest Salad – Serves 4-6 or 10-12
A bed of crisp lettuce, topped with your choice of marinated and grilled Chicken or Steak, Pork Carnitas, seasoned Ground Beef, or Grilled Veggies. Add Black or Pinto Beans, Shredded Cheese and any of our cold veggies. Each salad comes with a choice of our homemade Southwest Vinaigrette or Chipotle Ranch dressings on the side.  

Rice Bowl – Serves 4-6 or 10-12
Start with a pan of our Cilantro-lime White Rice, or Brown Rice, your choice of marinated and grilled Chicken or Steak, Pork Carnitas, seasoned Ground Beef, or Grilled Veggies. Add Black or Pinto Beans and top it off with Shredded Cheese and any of our cold veggies. Each Rice Bowl comes with a choice of one of our homemade salsas on the side.
